Dave Muntsinger
Lead Pastor
Dave has been an ordained pastor for 25 years (PCA and non-denominational), serving in NW Houston as Lead Pastor of Spring Cypress Presbyterian (PCA) and as Care & Counseling Pastor at Cypress Bible Church. He has a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Dave has served on numerous ministry boards, is a certified pastoral coach, and has been a church planting leader for decades. He is excited to be starting Christ Community as part of the Houston Church Planting Network (HCPN).
Dave and Jana have been married since 1991, and their children are Jack, Ford and Kate. All three kids are fabulous and make their parents proud. They have a super dog named Chloe. Jana is president of her own PR Agency representing Christian publishers and authors. Dave and Jana are found at BMF team fitness gym every morning, and would love you to join them for a group class. Dave loves to ride his street bike, golf, and play tennis. Dave is bi-vocational and works as a Development Officer for a DC Think Tank, Capital Research Center. Dave grew up in Pittsburgh but considers himself a Texan.

Roy Pendergraft
Assistant Pastor
Roy Pendergraft is a family physician attempting a second career as assistant pastor. He has been married to Cheri, his better half, for 46 years and they have three children and four grandchildren. He is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and is passionate about prayer and sharing the love of Jesus. He enjoys golf, pickleball, Middle Eastern history, and his dog Molly.
